Pentax releases new binoculars for birders!

Postby gordon » Fri Jan 16, 2015 8:57 am

Hi All,

Ricoh has just upgraded their new Pentax ranges of binoculars with their new flagship models badged as the ZD range.

You can get them in a variety of magnifications and sizes with the ZD10X50ED being the flagship.

◆New lens coating is a high grade, multi-layer coating that reduces reflectance in the visible light spectrum, allowing the user to view crisp, high-contrast images free of flare and ghosting, even under demanding lighting conditions.
◆ED glass optical elements give truer colors and a sharper image.
◆Full rubber housing protects the Binoculars from shock and makes them easier to hold.
◆Nitrogen-filled waterproof (JIS Class 6) construction allow these Binoculars to be used in the most extreme weather conditions and be submerged to 1 meter.

For more information and complete specifications visit Ricoh's webpage:

Cheers,
Gordon
