User registration and old accounts

Hi All,

Due to the fact that the old version of Simply Birding had became unmanageable we decided to make a completely new site and remove and delete all previous data including old forum posts and user accounts.

To create a new account in this brand new site you can follow the following steps:

1. Click on My Account at the very top of the page.

2. On the login page you will see an option to register. Select that option.

3. Create a new account with your email and username (first and last names are now optional).

4. We will get a notification that you have registered and will approve once we confirm you are not a known spammer.

5. You will get an email confirmation of approval and you will be able to login and post in the forums and article comments after that.
